Hey guys!

As you may have noticed this group has been very slow this past year. I have not been on DA at all this year so have not been approving speedpaint submissions.

Some of our lovely Contributors have been trying to approve some of said submissions but unfortunately they are not enough to do the job :o It's a task easier to do with numbers after all.

So I call out to you! Does anyone want to help out?

The group mostly runs itself with the exception of the Featured and Speedpaints folder (for which you;ll need to be making a quick check for video links) but otherwise that should be it.

If you're tired of your submissions expiring pls give us your help :)

Thank you!
Hey lads, as some of you might have noticed, I have become awfully late with approving/declining submissions. I am very sorry for that, my life has been busy and tiring and I really cannot keep up with DA properly.

Hence, I would like to ask for some help, I'd like 1-2 people to help with approving/declining deviations depending on their submitted folder and artistic quality (aka if it's a prnt screen, it's not art and not accepted, if it's on Speedpaint and not a Speedpaint tell the person to resubmit or just move it to the correct folder).
You know, easy stuff, if  I get like 2 more people it should take us three no more than 5 minutes per day to keep it all clean and flowing...

And since we are at the subject, if anyone has any cool event ideas for our group in mind and would like to make them a reality, eg. Contests etc, please post here and I might have you as well. :3

Thank you for reading everyone, sorry for the inactivity ;o

<< For those who don't know, YouTube currently has no 'Visual Arts' category. Artists had to upload their art videos under these three categories, 'Howto & Style', 'Education', and 'Film & Animation'. Howto & Style is dominated by make up tutorials. Education does not mention art, and that's bad because some schools have cut off art from their curriculum. Film & Animation is close to visual arts, but it only shows videos that fit the name of the category. If we can get a 'Visual Arts' category on YouTube, artists will be recognized for their work. It might even encourage schools to bring art back to their curriculum. I strongly urge the members of the YouTube Artist Fanclub to take action by signing the petition to get YouTube to establish a 'Visual Arts' category. Click on the link below to where the petition is. Please watch the video by Merrill Kazanjian attached to the petition, it will explain what you need to do(this video was uploaded on New Year's Eve 2011, but it is still important now). Then read and sign the petition. Finally, share it with other artists in the deviantart community and convince them to do the same thing. This is very important, not just for artists, but for people who want to learn how to draw and learn about art.

Here is the link to the petition: www.change.org/petitions/creat… >>
no submissions will be alowed in the old YT Layout folder.
YT Layouts with the panda layout should be placed in the -Panda YT Layout Designs- Folder.

Thnk you~
Sorry for the inconvinience but it seems the other co-leaders and contributors are kinda slacking off....and tbh I dont see your previous submisions getting accepted. So i re-formed the voting system to need just one vote, and i will be approving submisions from now on.

SO IF YOU HAVE SUBMITED STH THAT HAS NOT BEEN ACCEPTED ! DO RE-SUBMIT PLZ! as long as it fits its category I will aprove it :)
